About Bobby
Bobby grew up watching his Mother and Yiayia host traditional Greek holidays with an effortless kind of magic — the kind where food, music, and spirits flowed freely, and every guest felt like family. The care, detail, and the way everyone felt at home left a lasting impression. Over time, Bobby began carrying that same spirit forward, hosting his own celebrations rooted in those same traditions: connection, hospitality, and bringing people together.
That foundation translated naturally behind the bar. Bartending, at its best, is hospitality. Bobby approaches every event the same way his family approached their gatherings — reading the room, engaging with guests, and creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and personal.
With over four years of experience spanning intimate backyard celebrations, busy restaurant bars, weddings, late-night afterparties and corporate events, Bobby brings a level of professionalism and presence that lets hosts step back and fully enjoy their event — knowing every pour, every interaction, and every moment is handled with care. 2–4 weeks minimum for most events. For weddings and larger gatherings, 2–3 months out is ideal to secure your date and allow time to plan the perfect menu together.

It was tough finding someone willing to work from 11 PM to around 2 AM, but Bobby not only accommodated those hours — he stayed well past 2 AM until the party naturally wound down.
